Shaping Futures Through Quality Education - 17 Years & Counting
Emamor College of Education, Omaraka, Abua Central, Rivers State, began as a Nursery, Primary, and Demonstration Secondary School. The College now offers the Nigerian Certificate in Education (NCE) programme, having received approval from the National Commission for Colleges of Education (NCCE) to run courses leading to the award of NCE certificates.
In addition to its NCE programme, the College is affiliated with Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Port Harcourt, to award Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), and Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degrees.
2008
Founding: Emamor College of Education opens its doors in Omaraka, Abua Central as a Nursery, Primary and Demonstration Secondary School.
2010
NCCE Accreditation: Receives approval from the National Commission for Colleges of Education to launch its Nigerian Certificate in Education (NCE) programme.
2022
University Affiliation: Partners with Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Port Harcourt to award B.Ed., B.Sc. and B.A. degrees.
2025
